Consultation overview Menangle Pastoral is committed to ongoing consultation with the community, government agencies and other interested stakeholders as planning for the site progresses. Community engagement specialists, Elton Consulting, have been engaged to manage the consultation process. A number of activities have been carried out since the original project commenced in early 2008. These activities include:

Community workshops On 20 November 2008 a community workshop was held to introduce the project to the community and identify community aspirations for the site. A copy of the notes from the session can be found here. On Saturday 31 October 2009 a community information session was held to update local residents and stakeholders on the work that has been undertaken on the project. Information on the draft rezoning proposal was on display and members of the project team were on hand to answer questions. Feedback from the session informed the community outcomes report, which is included as part of the Planning Proposal and can be downloaded here (Storyboards 1-9 and Storyboards 10-13).
